Brisbane Rooming Houses is a developer and buildler of high quality, executive-style living, rental accommodation housing in Queensland’s capital city.

The Brisbane Rooming Houses team is headed by Paul Zanetti.
Paul has a creative and design background and is deeply immerged in every house concept, strategy and design from scratch. He has hand-picked, assembled and works with his insider ‘A Team’ of specialist consultants and contractors to deliver premium accommodation for renters and superior returns for investors/owners.

Who We Are and What We Do
We are developers, providers and builders of executive living rooming accommodation houses.
- If you do not have land – we source the land and do the due diligence for your rooming house developments and/or construction.
- If you have land – we develop and/or construct on your land.
- Land subdivisions – we specialise in creating two or more lots from one or more lots for construction of high-end rooming houses. Subdividing means the end-land is usually cheaper than buying an already subdivided lot from a developer.
- Single house builds – we can source a single lot, or if you have your own single lot we can build your single rooming house.
- We manage the entire workflow, from land sourcing, designs, finance, approvals, construction, furnishings, insurance, occupancy and property management.
- We specialise in the highest quality premium rooming houses in Australia, targeting stable, middle-to-higher income key workers.
What We Don’t Do and What We Are Not
- We are not financial advisors. Seek your own independent financial or accounting advice. We are happy to speak to your advisors.
- We are not a property club. Property ‘clubs’ are a means to enrich marketers. You do not need to pay thousands of dollars to join a club to own a rooming house.
- We are not course providers.
- We do not build low quality housing commission style rooming houses. Other builders can deliver lower quality housing commission type rooming houses with less rental income if that’s what you’re looking for. Our premium quality delivers premium results.
